The Basic First Aid and AED course provides participants with the essential knowledge and practical skills needed to respond confidently to common injuries and medical emergencies. Topics include casualty assessment, CPR, the safe use of an automated external defibrillator, choking, bleeding, shock, burns and other first aid situations. The course combines clear instruction with hands-on practice, preparing participants to remain calm and take effective action when every second counts. The skills learned today could save a life tomorrow.
Mode of delivery
In-person — an instructor is present throughout. Sessions take place at Malta Red Cross, Pembroke, or at the client’s premises.
