Group/private bookings
If you would like to request a private booking for more than 10 participants for an online course, at our training center or an alternative location that suits your group, please send an email to include your company details and contact number, as well as your requirements, on [email protected]
How do I pay?
Payment must be received no later than 1 week before the commencement of your course. All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment only, and we reserve the right to replace your booking with another paid booking without prior notification.
Please consider that your payment has been received well if you do not receive any news from us.
Internet Banking (only accepted if effected no less than 5 working days prior to the course commencing).
HSBC: Please visit your bank website and choose 'Malta Red Cross' from the vendor list.
Please remember to insert the participant's ID card number(s) in the Add Note section.

University Students
University students registered for PHE 105 are to pay at Maltapost Msida Campus and take the receipt to Room 203 at the University Sports Complex or send a scanned copy to [email protected].
This form of payment only applies to Basic First Aid courses and does not include first aid ID cards which must be paid for beforehand.
Will I get a certificate?
Upon successful completion of the course, a certificate valid for 3 years will be issued by the Malta Red Cross Society, on the last day or so of the course, in a printable pdf format.
This certificate is recognised internationally as well as locally, by both the Malta Qualifications Recognition Information Centre (MQRIC) and the Occupational Health and Safety Authority as per L.N. 348 of 2011.
